Two license plates that
really belong together

SAN DIEGO The very best scout for Jewish license plates we know, Melanie Rubin, located two that simply belong together.  One says CHACHMA; the other SD EMA.

Chachma is the Hebrew word for wisdom.  And who, in most families, is indeed the greatest source of wisdom?  Don't flatter yourselves, fellows.   It's the mother of course.  Ema is Hebrew for mother.  SD, in this case, stands for San Diego.  So we have a San Diego mother and wisdom.  Together.  Of course.

..

For license plate enthusiasts, the design on the left, featuring palm trees and a setting sun, is an example of the types of personalized designs one may purchase in California. Another popular scene shows Lake Tahoe.

Our collection grows.  We'll be delighted if you will send in photos of Jewish license plates that you see.
